Nothing More to say

New Classic Rock from Liverpool & Frankfurt

Born and raised in Dreieich, a beautiful city just outside of Frankfurt, Germany, I moved to Liverpool, UK, back in 2018 to pursue my international music career. As a singer/songwriter and guitarist, I play solo and band shows in any city that will welcome me.

Everything I do is about connection. Connecting music and words, rock music and folk influences, and – most importantly – connecting with you, in any shape or form. Ideally face to face at a show somewhere in the world, or via email and social media.

For a first impression of my music, watch this:

An ode to Debbie Harry

“Watch out for that one – she has bedroom eyes!” – This comment made by a doctor to the mother of the iconic Debbie Harry, the voice and face of Blondie, when she was just a baby, stuck with me. After reading “Face It” with a lot of revelations about what it’s like to become an international sensation in the 70s, I wrote Bedroom Eyes to celebrate the strength and resilience it takes to get there.

The outspokenness of Americana writers

Artists like Brandi Carlile and Jason Isbell have always fascinated me. Their way of writing stories – be it their own or fictional – is full of merciless honesty that will break your heart and put it right back together.

Look Down on Me is a story I really wanted to be told. It’s about making yourself smaller and longing to be enough, but also realising that you can’t let the people around you drag you down with them. Your confidence has to come from within.

You Had Me at Goodbye

“Three chords and the truth.”

Less about country music in this case, but more about old-school classic rock. You Had Me at Goodbye was the first single of my new EP and one of my favourite songs to play live.

I wrote it after I listened to a lot of female rock artists like Suzi Quatro, Pat Benatar, but also newer ones like Larkin Poe and Dorothy. This song really revived my love for rock music.
