You’re so special was the first song we worked on where I really felt like I was finding my style. I was listening to a lot of Larkin Poe and Dorothy at the time (and still do!), and I got really into this blues rock vibe. Americana inspired rock music has been a huge influence on me for years, so I was really proud when we finished this one.
